To begin a return, please email us at kendal@streetercandle.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide shipping instructions.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Please package returns securely to prevent breakage in transit.

Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it and issue a refund or store credit within 5–7 business days.
